Pullman's Buffet Cars.

Washington, Aug. 29.-Attorney General Olney will serve an amended bill in the quo warranto proceedings on the officials of the Pullman Palace Car company to-morrow. He has decided on a new line of attack. He proposes to contest the right of the Pullman company to engage in the saloon business on its palace cars.

"I am determined to have a decision defining the powers of that corporation," he said. "The first thing to be incorporated in my amended bill will be information concerning these saloons on wheels which the Pullman company operates."
