RETURNS 4 CHILDREN

Four children will be taken from White's institute and placed in foster homes of the county as the result of the campaign being waged by the social service bureau. This makes a total of 18 children for whom homes have been found during the last two weeks, a saving to the county of $3,250.

The four children for whom homes have been found Saturday are two white girls, one colored boy and one white boy. There are still twenty-two children at the institute and efforts are being continued to locate private homes for some of them.
