CARS CRASH AT UNION AND CORYELL STREETS
A Ford sedan driven by Lester Bigley crashed into an Overland touring driven by Leroy Parent, both of this city, at the corner of Union and Coryell streets late Wednesday evening. The Ford suffered a broken mudguard, lamps, and damages to the radiator, while the Overland had a broken rear mud guard and running board.
The Bigley car was coming down Union street, and the Parent car coming up, when an unknown driver dashed westwardly on Coryell street at high speed, causing both the other cars to swerve from their courses to avoid being hit.
None of the occupants of either car was hurt, but a large crowd soon collected, and Officer Morse investigated the accident. Each car was able to continue homeward after some temporary repairs were made.
