Full Text

Tennessee All Right.—A correspondent writing from Williamson county, Tennessee, to the Lynchburg Virginian, says:

"Tennessee is all right for Fillmore and Donelson, certain. I am familiar with the votes of several counties, and know that wherever Col. Gentry and the American party lost on the last Governor's election, Fillmore and Donelson will more than double the gain of the Democrats. The old-line Whigs, to a man, are supporting the Philadelphia nominations enthusiastically. Buchanan's squatter sovereignty and the bargain and intrigue affair have lost him scores of supporters. In fact, in this county he will hardly make a respectable show."
