DEMOCRATS TO MEET
The Democratic League will hold open house to the Democrats of the city and state at 9 o'clock tonight, in honor of Vice-President Marshall, who arrived in Wilmington last night, and who will be present at the league headquarters tonight.

James C. O'Neal, chairman of the committee arranging for a state-wide Democratic rally within the next few weeks, called up Senator Saulsbury's residence last night and received the assurance of the Vice-President's presence this evening. All Democrats are invited to visit the league and incidentally get acquainted with the distinguished visitor.
