HEARD FROM
Dr. E. M. Sherman and family, writing from Grand Canyon, Ariz., to friends here relate a number of interesting experiences on the trip and tell of road conditions entertainingly. In a distance of 1308 miles, he reports one flat tire, otherwise the machine is working perfectly. After portraying the magnificence of the scenery around Grand Canyon and Flagstaff, the Doctor, under the date of 26th ult., says further that he is about to start for the Imperial Valley via Needles and that the family is well and in the best of spirits.
