BOOM IS EXPECTED
With the marriage license market in Randolph County opening strong at the start of this month, the chart today shows a drop of many points, and County Clerk H. C. Kesling today stated indications were for slight maneuvering the balance of this month but heavy trading in October. A check up of figures this morning showed the October Market is fast reaching the mark set for June, considered by most everyone as the bride month.
In holding the control, Little Miss Cupid has been fast making next month as popular as June. The table shown that in June last year 20 licenses were entered while last October, the figures were 21, this latter was a gain of one point over the June figure. In June, this year, 25 licenses were issued and it is expected that next month will find the market equalling this record with a fine possibility of reaching a new high.
