OF GUADALOUPE.

A Dominigue paper of the 23d April, contains the following paragraph.

By accounts from Guadaloupe we learn, that a plot has been discovered, which had for its object, the arrest of the Captain General, Lacrose, and prefect Lescallier, whom it was intended were to be embarked for France. Several persons were arrested in consequence; and among the number is the commander of the force, Menard, and Mons. Clair-fountain. They were both immediately put on board a vessel bound to France.
