A valuable and interesting gift was made recently to Jackson Memorial Hospital at Lexington by Dr. Francis Lee Thurman, of Buena Vista. It is a greatly enlarged reproduction of a composition photograph of the great triumvirate, Lee, Jackson and Johnston, made by H. D. Anderson, of Richmond, soon after the close of the War Between the States. Lee is represented as standing on one side of the picture in the attitude of one unfolding important plans. The others are in a listening attitude deeply attentive to his suggestions and ready to "follow him blindfolded."

The picture will be hung in the waiting room of the Jackson Hospital where it can be seen at any time by the admirers of "The Great Triumvirate."
