Livingstone College Holds the Opening Ceremonies of its Fifty-eighth Session.

SALISBURY, N. C.-Livingstone College, chief educational institution of the A. M. E. Zion Church, opened its fifty-eighth annual winter session, Sept. 15, with appropriate ceremonies in the college auditorium. Addresses of welcome to the incoming students were delivered by President W. J. Trent, Bishop L. W. Kyles, and Hon. D. C. Dungan, mayor of the city. Opening day saw a sharp increase in the number of students to matriculate.
