WILSON ARRAIGNED.
He Pleaded Not Guilty and Demanded an Attorney.
Missoula, Oct. 31.—The highwayman who so successfully held up the Brunswick saloon near the depot a short time since was arraigned in Justice Myers' court to-day. He answered that his true name was Frank Wilson, and waived a preliminary examination and was committed to the city jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. Wilson asked Judge Myers to appoint an attorney to defend him, saying if he had an attorney he wanted a preliminary examination, but when his honor told him he had no power to appoint an attorney, he said he would waive the examination. He announced to the court that he was not guilty and said he would prove an alibi when the time came.
