BEAVER, Pa., Nov. 16. Judge Richard S. Holt in court here today ordered that the principal and interest in the hands of the trustees of the estate of the late Senator Matthew Stanley Quay be paid to his five children. The amount was announced as $47,160. The court also ordered that in the distribution payment of $4,000 annually to A. J. G. Quay was to be considered. The decision was the outcome of a friendly suit instituted by the heirs to determine the meaning of a clause in the will. Senator Quay died in 1904.
