NEW YORK, March 30.

Just now we see an account from London, which says that they were in hopes that the R-zh-m party would soon come into the Ministry, who would repeal the acts we complain of. That Lord H-b-gh says the acts are bad, but will not repeal them while America denies their right. That the tide was turning in our favour. That the M-t-are heartily sick of taxing America, and only want to save the honour of Parliament to get rid of them. And that if we stick close to the nonimportation of goods, as the manufacturers were beginning to complain, they seemed to think the Ministry would be obliged to repeal them in the latter end of the session.
