Officer Moves Upward
When the above picture was taken at the
one-day bi-annual convention of the North Carolina
Presswomen's association at the Adams house,
Harbor island, Sunday, the logical caption was
something about retiring officers of the NCPW.
Shortly afterwards, though, Mrs. Zoe Kincaid
Brockman, Gastonia, retiring vice-president, was
elevated to the presidency. She is shown above
