Full Text

Married.-A short time ago, our friend Mr. George W. Vinton, of the Moline Plow Works, took his departure from our midst on what he stated a "little business tour."

The result of the expedition can be seen under the head of "Married." Mr. V. is a business man, takes a business view of everything, and may be quite right in thinking that marriage is "business," now-a-days, especially from a financial stand point. But at all events, we are very sure he never did a better business in his life than that just accomplished, and as he went a good ways from home to get a wife, and left a myriad of pretty girls behind, in doing so, we hope he made an excellent choice, and as he is a young man of taste, we will take it for granted he did. So we watch his push out upon the sea of matrimony with the best wishes for the future of his lady and himself.
