The Charles Baudry Post, American Legion, of Biloxi, have begun their plans for advertising Biloxi at the National convention of the Legion to be held in New Orleans in October. The Post has sent invitations to the 32 posts of St. Louis inviting them to stop off at Biloxi while enroute to the meet on their special train. Invitations will also be sent to other posts traveling on special trains. The ex-service men will be taken for automobile rides and about the city and given other entertainments. The local post will also run a full page advertisement in the American Legion weekly, a magazine with a circulation of over 1,000,000, inviting the soldiers to stop off for a visit while enroute to the meet.
