Tuesday se'nnight arrived at New-York, a lady who styles herself the Marchioness De Wal del Graave. The case of this person appears extremely enigmatical; It is said to be the same described in most of the public papers, under the name of Sarah Wilson, alias Lady Caroline Matilda, and character of a lady of quality, with alliances of the most exalted kind, still she insists upon the verity of these pretensions, and makes the same impression on many, who converse with her, as she has very remarkably done in the southern provinces.
