And at a Meeting of the President and Directors of the Company, held on Saturday, the 21st day of June, 1834,
William P. Sheppard was appointed Treasurer and Clerk; and
Moncure Robinson was appointed Chief Engineer.
A resolution was adopted, requesting Mr. Robinson to organize his party of Assistants, and to have the location of the Rail Road commenced as early as practicable.—[Comp.
