LEASED TO STRIKERS

New York Telegraphers to Hold Unique Fair to Raise Funds for Cause.

New York, Sept. 7.—The striking telegraph operators announced today that they had engaged Tammany Hall for the two weeks beginning next Wednesday to conduct a fair, the proceeds of which will be devoted to the support of the strikers. They intend to illustrate the progress and development of telegraphy from its inception to the wireless instruments, and to establish wireless communications between different parts of the hall.

The girl strikers are making articles to be sold.
