ASHLAND, Kan., August 3, 1891.
Editor Advocate: The August meeting of the Clark County Farmers' and Laborers' Alliance just closed Saturday evening. The meeting was well represented from all parts of the county and was an enthusiastic one. A few policy measures were introduced but were promptly set down upon, as were the parties introducing them. Among other things the following resolutions were adopted by a unanimous vote:
Resolved, That the Farmers' and Laborers' Alliance of Clark county fully endorse the Cincinnati Meeting and platform adopted May 20, 1891.
Resolved, That these resolutions be forwarded for publication in The Advocate, Kansas Farmer and Alliance Tribune.
Respectfully,
W. A. PYNE, Secretary.
