We hear from Bridgewater that Wednesday e'nnight three children, sons to the Reverend Mr. Porter, of that place, having got in a chaise which was standing at the door, the horse suddenly took fright, and in running over some rocks threw them all out, by which unhappy accident one of them, a very promising youth, of about 8 years of age, had one of his legs broke in such a terrible manner that it was obliged to be cut off the same night, and, notwithstanding all other possible assistance, he was soon after seized with a violent fever, and died the Monday following, to the great grief of his parents. The other children, it is said, were also much bruised.
