By a Person from New-York. we learn. That the infamous Rogers, with a Party of 1500 Tories, commands the Posts of Harlem & Kingsbridge.

-That Gen. Robertson, commands in the City : and General Pigot, on Long Island.

- We also learn,that the poor Devils of Tories. Refugees from this & the neighbouring Counties, who fled with the British Army, from this City, are arrived at New York, from Halifax, & are wandering about the City. like lost Sheep:

Also. That Joshua Loring. formerly of this Town, is appointed by Gen. Howe, Commissary for the Prisoners. taken from these States.
