Announce Schedule Of Revivals
The Rev. Frank O. Baynard, pastor Ewell's-St. Paul Church Clayton, announced this week's schedule of revivals at area churches in his charge.
The Revival at the Kenton Methodist Church, Kenton, will be held November 4 - 11. The Rev. David P. Minkwitz will be the evangelist. Rev. Minkwitz was a chalk artist in the evangelistic field before coming as the pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Smyrna. He will be drawing his sermon each evening as he sings and preaches.
The Revival for Ewell's-St. Paul Methodist Church, Clayton, will be held November 25- December 9. The evangelist will be Mrs. Corretta Mason of Lynchburg, Virginia. The first week Mrs. Mason will be speaking on some of the basic, yet often not fully understood, truths of the Holy Scriptures. The second week she will conduct evangelistic services. This will mark the third time Mrs. Mason has held revivals in this Church.
Special music, both instrumental and vocal, will be presented each evening at both revivals.
