West Virginia.—An election will be held in this State during the month of next October, for State and County officers.

The State embraces 52 counties and is divided into three Congressional Districts, the 2nd of which embraces 18 counties, as follows: Taylor, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Tucker, Barbour, Upshur, Webster, Pocahontas, Randolph, Pendleton, Hardy, Grant, Hampshire, Mineral, Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan.

There are also eleven Senatorial Districts, Jefferson and Berkeley constituting one; and eleven Judicial Circuits, Jefferson, Berkeley and Morgan comprising one.
