Event Details
Mr. F. G. Attwood, the widely known cartoonist, begins his permanent connection with the Chicago America in its issue of October 16. In a clever, instructive cartoon he represents Napoleon McKinley driving away the commerce of the world, while forty centuries look down upon the performance with amazement. Mr. Attwood's cartoons will alternate with others by Frank P. W. Bellew (Chip), who has also been engaged to draw regularly for America.
