Chapel Hill, April 16.—Plans are rapidly shaping up for the fourth anniversary Tuesday, April 23, of the Carolina Political Union, non-partisan student organization at the University of North Carolina.
Harry Gatton, chairman, said today a complete Congressional delegation from this State has been invited to attend the celebration which will feature an address by Senator Burton K. Wheeler, Montana Democratic candidate for the presidential nomination. His speech will be carried over a nation-wide coast-to-coast hook-up of the Columbia Broadcasting System.
