PERSONAL MENTION.

Geo. T. Mudge left last night for Baltimore.

Mr. E. B. Gage arrived from Prescott last night.

E. W. Carter of Chicago was at the Hotel Adams yesterday.

Mrs. S. C. Hailey of Globe was registered at the Commercial yesterday.

Among last night's arrivals from the north was Attorney Reese M. Ling of Prescott.

Among yesterday's arrivals at the Hotel Adams, was J. S. Tebbetts of Washington.

C. A. Greenlaw, the Flagstaff merchant, arrived at the Hotel Adams yesterday morning.

Mary A. Haneywood of Atlantic City, N. J., is a late arrival at the Ford.

H. B. Worden, a representative of the Frisco line with headquarters at Denver, is in the city.

T. G. Bowman and H. B. Bowman of St. Louis came in from the south yesterday morning. They are at the Hotel Adams.

Jack Houghton and Charles R. Luedsey of Philadelphia came in from the south yesterday morning. They are stopping at the Ford.

General Manager McDoel of the Monon line arrived from the north last night in his special car Monon, accompanied by a party of friends.

J. C. Heslet, chief engineer of the power house at Jerome, has been ill for three weeks here and last week had a relapse, but is now able to be about.

Judge E. M. Doe of Flagstaff came in yesterday morning on the belated train from the north. He will remain in town several days on legislative business.

Mr. M. V. Whitmore and Dr. W. B. Purcell, two of the leading physicians of Tucson, arrived in town yesterday morning to attend the meeting of the Arizona Medical association. They are at the Ford.

Mr. Geo. Pusch, member of the assembly from Pinal county, resumed his legislative duties yesterday morning, having just returned from an attendance at the National Live Stock association convention at Denver.

Dr. S. Mercer, wife and daughter Miss Carrie Mercer of Omaha, Neb., arrived at the Hotel Adams yesterday morning. Dr. Mercer is a prominent physician of Omaha and the owner of the Mercer hotel there. On account of urgent business at home he returned last night. Mrs. Mercer and daughter will remain in the city all winter.
