The Lander high school representatives in declamatory and extemporaneous speaking will be chosen tonight in a contest at the Vocational auditorium. Some eight contestants are entered in the declamatory contest, which will be first on the program, and a number will enter the speaking contest following. The winner in each contest will be sent to Laramie with the high school basketball team to participate in the annual high school week activities, which begin there Monday. Between the two contests there will be an exhibition in typewriting by members of the commercial course of the school. A small charge will be made for the evening's entertainment to be added to the fund which is being accumulated to defray the expense of the Lander representatives.
