Deferred When
He Makes Plea

John Olds, formerly employed
by the Twin City Auto Laundry
here, pleaded guilty to a burglary
charge at his arraignment before
Judge W. A. O'Connor Wednesday.
Passing of sentence was deferred
for one year providing Olds pays
for damages he caused to the auto
laundry when he forced his way
in and stole a small amount of
money recently.
When Olds was taken into custody
he admitted to police that he
had broken into Jack Cohen's auto
laundry for "spite", because Cohen
had discharged him. On the same
evening he forced his way into the
Studebaker garage and the Speed
and Service station.
