Indianapolis Constitutional Convention assembles in this city tomorrow. A large number of delegates have arrived. The session of the Executive Committee this evening was mainly occupied in discussing sundry propositions for additional amendments to the Constitution to be voted upon by the people at the February election. They include reiteration of the fundamental powers of the Convention in contravention of the recent opinion of the Supreme Court. A general caucus of the delegates is appointed for tomorrow morning, preliminary to the convening of the Convention at 12 o'clock.
