FATAL SALOON ROW

Wallace Green Shot and Killed at Sleepy Eye.

SLEEPY EYE, Minn., Jan. 11.—A saloon row tonight between William Eich and Wallace Green resulted in the death of the latter. Both were in Berg's saloon when the quarrel took place, when Eich knocked Green down and went away. Later on both met, and Green drew a knife and stabbed Eich, and the latter shot three times, killing him. Green was twenty-six years old and leaves a wife and two children. Coroner Rothenberg has been telegraphed for, and an inquest will be held tomorrow.
