Norfolk, June 12.

Martinique declared for the Bourbons.--On Friday last arrived here, in 16 days from Martinique, the schooner Edward Graham, captain Bissell; from whom we learn that the Island had declared for the Bourbons, and kept the white flag flying; the inhabitants were armed to do military duty, and had determined to send off the troops of the line: three hundred had been sent away for some port in France, and the remainder were to follow. Martinique is opened to all nations as Guadaloupe has been.
