Sept. 24. A cause of a most singular nature will come on in Doctor's Commons the ensuing term, brought by the wife of a person in Black-friars, for non-performance of conjugal rites, after a cohabitation of six months.
By private letters received from France we are informed, that a print-seller in Paris, being seized with the disorder called l'Ennui de vivre, hanged himself a few days ago. His intention was to take along with him a travelling companion upon his long journey, and he actually proposed to his shop boy to hang him first, with a positive assurance that he would dispatch himself instantly afterwards. The youth not relishing the proposal ran out for help, but before any one could interfere, his master had time to effect his fell purpose.
