From the Sun, a London ministerial paper, of March 27.

'We some time ago stated, what all the other Papers have been almost daily ever since repeating, that our Ministers were taking means to ascertain the real disposition of the French Government with respect to Peace. We have now the happiness of saying, that the prospect for Negotiation is extremely favourable. M. Otto had a dispatch this morning on the subject, and it is supposed that negotiation will very speedily be actually entered upon.'
