Full Text
"With respect to the probability of the removal of the Orders in Council, we scarcely know what to say, the Ministers have certainly declared their determination to continue them; but it is now said, that Lord Sidmouth, who has joined the administration has done it on the condition that these Orders should be modified or repealed: how far this may be correct we know not, but independent of this we think there is a probability of their repeal from the voice of the people being raised against them. Petitions for the removal have gone from most of the manufacturing towns, where the laboring classes begin to be clamorous."
"In London the prices of wheat and flour have again advanced above their former standard."
