Opening of the Navigation at Cronstadt.—
A letter from Cronstadt of the 5th of May, says—“Though in consequence of the wind which blew yesterday, the whole road is covered with floating ice, as well as the sea as far as the light house of Tolboukin, thirty foreign vessels have entered the port. The first that arrived was the American ship the Moscow, Capt. Norris, from Matanzas with merchandise. To-day, on the entrance of the ships, the flag was hoisted on the Custom-House, and the navigation is considered as opened.”
