Foreign Intelligence.

ENGLAND.

LONDON, JUNE 8.

At the Court at the Queen's Palace, the 27th of May, 1807; Present, the King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council.

WHEREAS, it is expedient, that the liberty of Navigation and Commerce between his Majesty's subjects, and the subjects of the United States of America, should, for the present, continue in the same manner, and under the same limitations, as specified in the Act of the 37th of his present Majesty's reign, entitled, "An act for carrying into execution the Treaty of Amity, Commerce, and Navigation, concluded between his Majesty and the United States of America, and in the Act passed in the 46th year of his Majesty's reign, for continuing the said Act of the 37th year of his Majesty's reign: his Majesty by and with the consent of his Privy Council, is hereby pleased to direct, that all the regulations contained in the said Acts shall be duly observed, until other provisions shall be made respecting the matters aforesaid; and the Right Honorable the Lords Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury, and the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, are to give the necessary directions herein, as to them may respectively appertain.
