The New-Hampshire Patriot says, that the message of the President to Congress, respecting the Georgia controversy with the Creek Indians, we have little doubt will be generally commended. Without the government is disposed to yield every thing—its independence, public faith, and dignity to the rapacity of those who have the cry of state rights forever on their lips, but the mutilation and destruction of the federal constitution in their hearts, this appeal of the Executive will receive the support of all the true friends of the Union.
