TEMPLE BAPTIST

Rev. L. A. Thompson, pastor

The usual services will be carried out for the first Sunday: Covenant meeting during the morning and sermon and the Lord's Supper during the evening. The choirs will serve jointly.

The number two ushers' board was organized recently with the following officers: W. Hart, president; Mrs. Lula M. Colebrook vice president; Miss E. Rolle, secretary; Mrs. B. Bryant, treasurer, and Miss R. Butler, chief usher. These young people are busy working on an ambitious project, and plan to be ready for service during the present month.

The contest between the women and men is in full swing.

The women think they have the edge on the men, but the work for the next four weeks will tell the tale.
