Cigar Factory Raided.

New York, July 30.-One of the biggest seizures of tobacco by the revenue authorities in this city, together with the arrest of the two members of the firm, both long in the business here, was made today. The seizure was made at the cigar factory of Carlos Garcia & Co., on Warren street, and the two men arrested were Carlos Garcia and Julian Lleras, the members of the firm. Both men were arraigned before United States Commissioner Shields and held in $2,500 bail each for examination next Wednesday.

The factory included, according to the federal agents, 1,000 counterfeit tobacco stamps, 25,000 high grade cigars and 20,000 pounds of tobacco.
