FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT AT HAVANA.
August 17, 1818.
"Gentlemen--Our papers at this moment are so totally barren of interest, that the object of this is merely to forward you our Price Current, which you will observe offers some encouragement for rice, which is at 9 50 to 9 75 cash. We have nothing new from Spain in regard to the cession of Floridas--things are perfectly quiet, and business rather dull.
Our city is healthy, and very few cases of fever now occur."
