King and Queen of Italy Quarrel Over Helena's Brother.

Rome, April 23.-It has been rumored that the reason that Queen Helena did not accompany her husband, King Victor, to meet King Edward and Queen Alexandra at Gaeta the other day and has not been seen with him in public lately was a recent quarrel between the King and Prince Danilo, the queen's brother, in which the queen took her brother's part. The official reason for the queen's not accompanying King Victor to Gaeta is that she has been suffering from a slight attack of fever for the last few days.
