HALIFAX, May 2.

On Saturday last was committed to his Majesty's Gaol in this Place by Joseph Woodmass, Esq; Cornelius Driscoll and David Lowler, two Sailors belonging to his Majesty’s Ship Romney, and Mathew Medfield a Soldier, for the Murder of Owen Kervan and Ann Mullins, who were that Day found dead in the House of said Kervan, having been killed by the Strokes of some six pound Shot, which the Sailors had flung for that purpose. They are to take their Trials at the Supreme Court of this Province, which began on Tuesday last.
