The Pai-Utes. - These Indians, in the vicinity of Hardyville, and other sections of Arizona, have recently been murdering citizens indiscriminately. We notice that Killian, Woodworth, Baker, Judson, Benjamin, Ehrenberg and others, have lost their lives by them. The Americans, for self protection, were compelled to arm and go after the Indians. The latest reports from Hardyville give the news of a fierce engagement. The fight resulted in the killing of fifty Indians. No whites are reported killed.
