To-Morrow's Carnival.-The meeting last Saturday, as was expected, was the largest that has been held. The final arrangements of the day were fully completed, and all is now in good shape for a large and well conducted display. The afternoon procession and route were published in our issue of last Monday. The evening parade will be a totally different affair. They will form on Water street, move down Water to Fourteenth, up Fourteenth to Main, up Main to Seventh, up Seventh to Market down Market to Twenty-second, down Twenty-second to Main, up Main to Fourteenth and up Fourteenth to Chapline up Chapline to Eleventh down Eleventh to Main down Main to Twelfth down Twelfth to Water at which point there will be a large display of fire works. In order to render everything fully effective it is earnestly requested that the citizens along the above line of march, will illuminate their stores and dwellings as fully as possible.
