THEATRICAL COMMUNICATION.

A lover of such amusements was sorry a little rain should prevent the exhibition of last night, there are good pavements to walk on, and the ladies of this town I have observed are free from affectation. From the specimen I see, tho' the performance was curtailed, occasioned by some gentlemen that had sacrificed so largely at the shrine of Bacchus, but for all these disadvantages could perceive a fund of amusement and morality dressed in a pleasing garb, hope the manager of the said exhibition will not dismiss another night till 8 o'clock, and I think if tickets were sent for at an early hour, it would banish all doubt from his mind, that the preparations he may make in the day would not be useless at night.
