BE AT YOUR POSTS TO OPEN THE POLLS.

That there may be no delay or cause for quibbling, the judges and clerks of the election today should be at their posts promptly at the designated hour. Vacancies, we believe, may be filled by nomination of the bystanders, the judges having authority to choose the clerks. Ballot boxes, poll books, tally sheets, etc, will be delivered at the different places for holding the election, before the hour for opening the polls. Let there be no delinquency on the part of the judges and clerks, then, and the election will start off right, at all events.
