TO THE COMMISSIONERS OF HAMILTON CO.
Gentlemen: Will you be so kind as to inform the people of the County Townships, whether you consider the voters of Cincinnati Township, entitled to a vote on the question of the erection of a County Poor House, and should you consider them entitled to a vote, do you believe that you have the right under existing laws, to levy a tax on the citizens of Cincinnati, for the purpose of erecting said County Poor House. An immediate answer to this Communication is respectfully solicited.
