May 7. The instructions from the county of Pembroke to Sir John Phillips, their Representative in Parliament, is not signed by any of the Shoemakers, nor other low People, that humbly signed the Address upon the Peace, but all the Principal People in the county ; and it is said by those who have seen it, - to be one of the most spirited pieces that ever was known. It is in this strain, Whereas it is our unbounded Right to instruct our Representatives, &c. &c. We insist on your voting next Sessions . of Parliament against Secretaries Of States Warrants,&c.
