BALTIMORE, October 17.

Latest from Portugal—The fine fast sailing ship Dumfries, Pratt, arrived yesterday in 35 days from Lisbon, and 21 from Madeira. By this arrival we have received Lisbon papers to the 8th ult. but they contain nothing of moment. There was but little known of the armies when capt. Pratt left Lisbon. Lord Wellington's head quarters were at Fuentes de Onoro (Spain) on the 29th August. Large reinforcements continued to arrive from England.

Markets glutted with every kind of American produce; corn and corn-meal almost unsaleable at any price.

At Madeira markets dull, vintage short, and wine scarce.
